Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy sets forth the policies of Apercen Partners LLC (“Apercen” or “us” or “we” or “our”) with respect to the personal information, including nonpublic personal information (collectively referred to as “Personal Information”), of its clients, prospective clients, and former clients (collectively for purposes of this policy only, “Clients” or “you”). This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, and we will endeavor to provide you notice of such change when the changes go into effect.

We do not and will not sell your Personal Information to anyone. Nor do we share your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF CLIENTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) or similar feature that signals to websites that a user does not want to have his or her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser's user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many websites, including ours, do not recognize or respond to DNT signals.
